The criteria used by the judges in marking this competition is as follows:
Criteria # of marks
- Subject representation: 15
- Speech delivery: 15
- Self Confidence: 10
- Eye contact with audience: 5
- Respecting the given time limit: 5

Time limits for:
- Secondary Level 2: 5 min.
- Secondary Level 1: 4 min.
- Elementary Level : 3 min.
Note: The above criteria may be changed as per the decision taken by the board members.
